“I wanted to personally share my progress with you because a lot of positive things are happening in my life!

The very first thing is that I feel really good, and that’s priceless! I notice it especially during this busy period when many people can’t stand being at home. For my part, I use all this time to establish my routine (meditation, positive affirmations, gratitude) and to steadily work towards my career change, playing guitar again, singing, dancing… and I love it, even if it makes me seem like an alien!

I finished my vision board, which has helped me a lot to move forward. I’m working on my self-esteem and confidence, acceptance of mistakes, my values, as well as equanimity, and I can see the progress I’ve made over the past nine months… A new birth 🙂

My relationships with my superiors are increasingly on equal terms. I feel like I’m managing remote work with my team well, and despite working 12 hours a day these past two weeks, I’ve handled my stress really well (which wouldn’t have been the case a year ago). Even at home, the change is evident; I’m much more relaxed and in tune with myself.
